Binance made its AI Pro strategy agent available to all users on Monday, adding a free tier to a product that had been open only as a paid beta since March.

Binance AI Pro takes a trading idea written in plain language, such as the risk limits to use, the market conditions to watch for and the coins to trade, and turns it into an automated strategy shown as an editable visual workflow. It works on the Binance website and app without a separate sign-up, according to the company, and supports spot and USDS-M futures strategies. Binance said availability is subject to regional restrictions but did not list them.

“Binance AI Pro is about access: professional-style strategy building, no coding required, with the user in control at every step,” Jeff Li, Binance’s VP of Product, said in a statement.

Free and paid users alike can paper trade and run strategies live, according to Binance’s plan table. Binance’s press release caps each user at 10 strategies in total, whether simulated, live or signal-only. The beta began on March 25. Beta users keep their current service and can move their chat history and strategies over, Binance said. The exchange previewed the wider release during its Binance Intelligence livestream on Oct. 5.

What the Testing Covers

Users can run a strategy against simulated money in paper trading first. The platform also checks the generated code, but Binance’s blog post says that check only confirms the logic runs without errors and “does not assess profitability, quality, or likely performance” of a strategy.

Binance said the agent has no ability to transfer funds. Live strategies draw only on money the user sends to a dedicated AI Strategy Account, a sub-account separate from their main balance, and those sub-accounts can’t send funds to outside addresses. The user also decides when a strategy trades: it goes live only after they approve it, they can pause or shut it down whenever they want, and any change to its logic produces a new version that needs their approval again, according to the blog.

Binance said in its launch press release that the design follows the “bounded autonomy” principles in a policy paper its Global Policy team published earlier this month.

Other platforms have been building similar tools for retail traders. Robinhood unveiled AI trading agents inside its app in late September. Binance has also been widening what its users can trade, with its bStocks tokenized equities crossing $1 billion in assets last week.
